Bye Bye 2007

Just beyond the sunset
Lies a home for me
Where the world is peaceful
Like a paradise should be
Just beyond the sunset
Someday is where you’ll find me

Good bye 2007

Goodbye 2007

Goodbye 2007

Another year has gone.. and it will never come back...but 2008 is ready to greet us and it is up to us how we want it to be.

Evening Walk

It has been a while I didn't do some evening walk. Usually I will spent a time to have an evening walk either at Chapel St or St Kilda Beach. So I decided to have a short walk... just to see the evening goes by and see the sunset. This time around Albert Park is the most convenient place...

Reached there at 7.30pm and the sun still at the horizon. Few people jogged and bring their dog for a quick walk. The bird still chirping and the swan still swimming gracefully... very tranquil, something that I always adore about the nature. It always bring you a new thing even though you pay them a visit everyday.

My perception of life has changed so much after the accident in 2006. I enjoy my life more, I value Allah creations, and everyday is a new day for me with lot of mystery and excitement, and I will always keep it that way. I believe that I live in this world not only to work and study, but to do ibadah and to enjoy the Allah creations. And I will do that as long as my kudrat mampu.

Hadiah Dari Hati

Beberapa jam lagi 2007 akan meninggalkan kita. Sebagai tanda kenangan untuk pembaca MalimKundang... terimalah sejambak rose merah dan putih sebagai 'Hadiah Dari Hati'

The meaning of white roses is perceived as pure and bright, and by giving away a white rose a suitor says “You are heavenly” and “I respect and look up to you” to the object of his affection.

The meaning of Red Roses is love while a bouquet of red and white roses is a symbol of unity. The same thing is true for a bouquet of white roses with red edges. It is a signal of loyalty and kinship. “You and I are one” and “We stand united”.

First Nasi Lemak!

Pepagi tadi teringin plak nak makan nasi lemak. Sejak mai ni tak pernah makan nasi lemak... So kelua rlah umah beli barang-barang walaupun demam lum surut lagi. So pi Commerical Road ngan Wan. Balik umah terus masak nasi lemak kukus yer..

Ha ni la hasilnya. Selamat makan tengahari yer. Tengok tu ada daun pisang lagi.

Ha nasi di kukus yer. I rebus dulu nasi separuh masak ngan santan dan air. Then bila dah separuh masak transfer ke pengkukus ni

Tadaaaa.. nasi dah masak dengan perfect sekali. Tak berketul-ketul atau terlembik. Memang failed lah makan nasi lemak nasi berketul atau lembik.. Hilang seleraaa!

Nasi lemak tak de ikan bilis mana buleh. Tak de kacang tak pe. Ikan bilis plak jangan la sampai jadi kerepek plak garing dia nanti tak sedap la kan

Pastinya timun kena ada. Aku tak suka buang kulit tapi garut jer ngan fork

Telur dadar la sbb aku tak suka telur rebus.. Tak thrill la nasi lemak telur rebus. Ha telur dadar letak chives, ikan bilis stock

Ha sambal ikan bilis ada belacan la yang buatkan nasi lemak sedap. Ha ikan bilis masuk last yer.. and ikan bilis goreng yer bukan mentah.. nanti klu masuk ikan bilis mentah lembik la ikan bilis tu tak sedap.

What A Day!

I couldn't sleep well last night. My fever was at it peak. Then received a call from Abg Bob at 3.30am. It was a blessed when he called because another paracetamol intake help eased my fever.

At noon I went to the city to catch up with 4.30pm movie. There was 2 movies that I am interested to watch. I decided to go for Alien vs Predator instead of Enchanted. The first AVP was good and I thought the second would be better. At first I am so excited with the plot but towards the end it really disappointed me. The climax was very weak. The National Treasure, The Book of secret still the best movie so far.

After the show we cruised around. Saw few interesting items at BigW such as a Trouser Presser for 20 bucks and Fizzy maker for 40 bucks. Didn't bought any though. Then we went to Officeworks and you wouldn't believe it if I tell you that all the items only cost me 7 bucks!

Not as good as I thought

Pop Corn. Tak habis sebab too salty

How much do u think this messenger bag? 1 dollar! Yes I am not lying! The RRP = over a hundred bucks

This travel bag with hook? 1 dollar! RRP = 30 bucks

Rooibos

T2 shop sells different kind of teas from around the world. It is located at Melbourne Central. I took a time the other day to visit the shop and I found this rooibos tea. At first I thought it was a tea but actually it was not. It came from South Africa and it was a type tree that does have almost a same compound as normal tea.

Since Zach and Shafri recommended it to me I thought I gave it a try.

The shop called T2

I bought the red green vanilla

Masa di UK dulu aku sanggup tunnggu depan Debenham kul 6am. This time around tak larat la. But I did few good thing today. Memula bangun pagi kul 4am dah bangun sbb Subuh. Then aku jalan ke city sekali lagi. Seems that actually jalan ke city ni bagus jugak for exercise.. baik untuk jantung kan? Tapi ada jugak tujuan yang lain. Yaaa... Boxing Day sales... Sampai city kul 7.10am David Jones and Myer dah bukak, org dah berebut-rebut di dalam. Tapi suasana masih di dalam kawalan.

Hari ni konon-konon tak nak bawak duit and card so bawak 20AUD jer for lunch. Debit card pun tak bawak dengan harapan tak beli apa lah kan. So hari ni uols rasa aku pi beli barang ke dak?

Ha sesambil tu tengok ler ramainya orang di city.

Wah khyusuknya 2 orang ni shopping

Masih lengang di David Jones sebab semua lum keluar dari sarang

Eeeee aku bukan ambik gambo punggung dia yer tapi aku ambik gambo beg shopping dia..

Eh napa plak aku sampai kat luggage section ni? Adakah aku membeli sesuatu?

Ni memang perfume kegemaran. Agak-agak aku beli tak perfume ni. Herge dia cuma 60AUD jer

Bestnya tengok orang shopping. Aku takkan tak beli apa-apa kan?

Ni masa baru-baru sampai city dalam kul 7am.. masih lengang.. mmg seronok la klu beli ni

Christmas Carol

Christmas Eve with a cold and windy weather didn't hindered me, Nahar and Wan to explore the city. First we went to Bridge Road. Saw few nice jacket and we love it. The only problem, there was no size for us. But Nahar and Wan end up buying a good T-Shirt.

But the best part of the Christmas Eve was having a chance to see the Christmas Carol in Australia in a Summer Christmas. The actual Christmas Carol was in 2 places. The more modern and lavish celebration held at Sydney Atrium at Melbourne Botanical Garden with famous artist sang a song. We only saw it from a big screen at Federation Square.

But an opportunity to see the more traditional Christmas Carol at the Grand Church was something that I never thought at first. Before we left the city Wan and I decided to see the Christmas Carol inside the church. So many people inside. This was the first time I saw the church open to the public. Not to missed the event I took a few shoot. [very unfortunate I didn't bring my zoom lens]

An Angle (as what they said) flying around

Kids Mascot

Forgot her name

Christmas Carol with a famous artist and live on Channel 9

The view of the church

The only day in a year this church full with people. The back row was a tourist who are more interested on taking photos. One of it was me.

The traditional way of Christmas Carol

A Chinese lady took a chance selling a miniature Christmas tree in front of the church

I think this is a Chatolic church

Song performed in a more slower beat in a more traditional way

And she was singing and dancing in a high beat across the road
