I have gained some weight for the past few month and I thought after Hari Raya I need to shed back some kilos and fat. Since I am lazy to do some work out I thought that I should try to control my calories intake instead as suggested by some friend.
To start with I bought a book called Just 100 Calories from Borders. Look at the menus it seems very tasty and I am sure I will love it. Without think twice I bought this book and it was on sale.
So the next assignment besides of finish up my study, is to shed some fat....
