Dessert Bubur Sum Sum

Matila entry makan jer kali nih... This type of dessert is not that well known to some. It called Bubur Sum Sum and usually orang kampung saja buat especially a day after majlis kawin. Katanya bubur sum sum ni baik untuk menghilangkan mabuk nasi minyak and so on. So ianya di hidangkan kepada penduduk kampung selepas majlis kawin and ketika mereka mengemaskan all those left over. Ni sesuai untuk majlis kawin yang menggunakan khidmat rewang lah kan. This dessert usually dimakan bersama dengan air gula melaka.

So today I made a small portion of one of my favorite old style dessert for my iftar. The way I like to enjoy this dessert is when it chilled.
