It is a stressful weekend for me. Annual review is on Monday and I haven't finish writing the progress report and prepare the PowerPoint presentation. Actually it's kind of late. I was busy last week with all the reading and fine tuning the questionnaire until I forgotten the review preparation.
To relief myself from this stressful stuff I cooked some dinner. Partly it has been a while I didn't really have a proper dinner. This time I took the chicken and cut it into 4 pieces. I coated it with BBQ flavored marinate powder. Grilled it for 40 minutes and served with Bak Choy.
Then sprinkled a bit with rock salt, fish sauce and chili oil.
