Melbourne Cup Holiday

Victoria doesn't have public holiday as many as other territory or our country. But when they do, the celebration of the this holiday is massive. Today, the Melbourne Cup is one of the public holiday that celebrated by most Victorian to mark the final day of horse race. Everyone dress nicely with the guy wearing beautiful suits with hat and the women wearing stylish fascinator.

For me this one day break is the time that I can forget about the thesis, and I am concentrating on the reading instead while my Flavorwave oven cook the frozen chicken that I just put in.

 Healthy oven, it grilled, baked, brown, steam, poach without using any oil

Had a seafood platter at Fishmarket seafood restaurant with Nahar and Adam. This is the first time I ate Yabbie. It is a little crustacean that look like lobster/crayfish but small like a large prawn live in a freshwater.
