Doing An Odd Thing

I was helping one disable tenant move in last week plus I am so busy with dateline. But I am glad too that I met my KJ after 4 years or even more we haven't met. So many thing that I am behind about the workplace. So many things happen in the department and I can see from her eye how stressful her life at this point of time.

The culture of accepting direction from younger people seems far from a norm. Listening to what she said, I can imagine how tough the job is. Barely completed her PhD, I think she need a time and space to adapt to the environment.

One interesting point though is, both of us are just a minority. In a modern public services, I think culture of separating people based on their status quo should not exist. It is time to change, the mindset, the selfishness, the arrogant, the ignorant and whatever things that can fail the academic word must be stop.

In the end, when we left this world, we not going to call by our title, but we call by our name. Name that been given by our parent and even we will be referred to out mother's name instead of our father's name.

Someone said to me, whatever happen in our life and we want to reflect back, just do some odd thing.. thing that you don't like or never done before. The bitter taste from this dark chocolate is a reflection of ourself that life sometimes can be good or bad... as long as you honest to yourself.. you will just fine
